What you will do

• Guide local publishing strategy to achieve game health metrics and player needs.
• Collaborate with Brand, Creative, Influencer, Social, and PR teams on global and local campaigns.
• Lead community and media efforts from briefing to impact analysis and reporting.
• Define communication strategies, audience targeting, and community channel integration.
• Advocate for the Oceania market's needs to the global team.
• Build and scale local partnerships to support the game ecosystem.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in publishing, business development, or product management.
• 3+ years of experience managing initiatives, programs, or small teams.
• Proven ability to build business strategies and manage team resources.
• Strong understanding of regional/cultural landscape and gaming communities in Australia and New Zealand.

• Experience with community best practices, user acquisition, and funnel optimization.
• Strategic experience executing Marketing, Social Media, and Influencer campaigns.
• Ability to navigate various professional levels, from coordinators to senior partners.
