What you will do

  • Transform structured and unstructured data into standardized outputs for quantitative analysis and financial engineering.
  • Oversee the integration of new technologies and initiatives into data standards and structures.
  • Develop validation tools to enhance and measure data quality and integrity.
  • Assess system performance and provide recommendations for software and data storage improvements.
  • Create utility tools to automate software development, testing, and deployment workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement data engineering pipelines and real-time applications in C++.
  • Proficiency in C++ STL and object-oriented programming.
  • Experience with Linux/Unix shell and Git.
  • Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
  • English: Good command required for communication within a global team environment.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency with Python-based tools like Jupyter notebook and coding standards (PEP8).
  • Prior experience in Data Engineering or similar roles.
