What you will do

  • Learn and adopt best practices like writing clean code using TDD, pair programming, and design patterns.
  • Apply continuous delivery to deliver high-quality software and value to customers.
  • Drive AI-first strategy by integrating AI tools throughout the development lifecycle for productivity and quality.
  • Work in collaborative teams to build innovative customer experiences.
  • Collaborate on features, prototypes, and embed best practices and UX specifications.
  • Partner with technologists to advocate DevOps culture and take ownership beyond individual deliverables.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience using Java with Object-Oriented programming.
  • Ability to write clean, high-quality code in various languages and improve bad code.
  • Open mindset toward AI, integrating AI tools into workflows.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Lean, and/or Continuous Delivery.
  • Awareness of TDD, continuous integration, and continuous delivery approaches/tools.
  • Thrive in collaborative, non-hierarchical environments valuing transparency and feedback.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes.
