Public Relations Intern (Product): Supporting the Global PR team in driving product brand narratives and communication efforts for hirify.global's consumer products with an accent on media monitoring, content drafting, and cross-regional coordination. Focus on executing NPI launches, managing reviewer relations, and analyzing industry trends within the gaming and technology ecosystem.

Location: Must be based in Singapore

What you will do

  • Monitor global and regional media coverage and prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Draft and organize product communication materials including press releases, briefing notes, and reviewer guides.
  • Coordinate between Global Product PR, regional teams, and agencies to ensure smooth NPI launch execution.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor positioning, and the reviewer landscape.
  • Manage sample seeding logistics and track reviewer coverage across global regions.
  • Provide administrative support for meetings and cross-functional communication tasks.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communication or a related field.
  • Must be able to commit to a full-time 6-month internship from July 2026 – January 2027.
  • Strong writing, communication, and research skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively in a global team environment.
  • Understanding of the media landscape in tech, gaming, and lifestyle verticals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
