What you will do

• Coordinate and administer core Talent Management programs and learning initiatives.
• Assist in planning workshops, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
• Structure, document, and improve internal Talent Management and learning processes.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials for leadership updates.
• Maintain training content and documentation on internal platforms like SharePoint.
• Research and evaluate new digital tools, AI solutions, and market trends in HR.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (HR, Business, Psychology, or related) until at least June 2027.
• Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week alongside studies.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and digital collaboration tools.
• Very good English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset with an interest in HR automation and AI.
• Ability to work independently in a flexible or remote environment.
