What you will do

• Translate business needs into concrete, implementable integration architectures.
• Design and deliver ETL and middleware solutions using iPaaS and low-code platforms.
• Lead integration projects end-to-end from kickoff through go-live and stabilization.
• Facilitate technical workshops to elicit and refine business requirements.
• Evaluate and recommend build-versus-buy and code-versus-no-code options.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to data quality, performance, and security.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on engineering experience in integration, ETL, or middleware projects.
• Proven track record of delivering production-grade integrations.
• Proficiency in established ETL tooling and scripting languages.
• Practical experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Working knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms like LobsterData, MuleSoft, n8n, or Node-RED.
• English: Excellent communication skills required

Nice to have

• German language proficiency.
• Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Exposure to event-driven architectures and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Service Bus).
