What you will do

• Create visually attractive and intuitive UI/UX for web, mobile, and VR applications.
• Analyze user needs and behaviors to translate them into user-friendly design solutions.
• Develop interactive prototypes to validate concepts in close collaboration with developers.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design into the final product.
• Research industry trends and emerging technologies to drive ongoing innovation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional product design experience.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
• Strong expertise in creating cohesive and scalable design systems.
• Proven track record in mobile UI/UX design with a diverse portfolio.
• Fluency in English (B2+) and Russian is required.

Nice to have

• Advanced skills in 3D modelling and animation.
• Previous experience working on VR projects.

Hiring process

• HR Screening (30 min) and Sync with Hiring Manager (15 min).
• Case Task (2-6 hours) followed by a Design Interview (1 hour).
