What you will do

• Act as the customer's proxy product owner and guide development/SCRUM teams to maximize project success.
• Analyze, capture, and prioritize customer requirements for new customer experience initiatives.
• Perform business process gap analysis and write detailed user stories.
• Lead engaging workshops with customers to identify all functional and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with UX design and R&D teams to explore product options and recommend enhancements.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to Junior Business Analysts.

Requirements

• University degree, preferably in business or IT.
• 7+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience working with lending products (commercial, corporate, or construction loans).
• Excellent English communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at various levels.
• Proficiency in requirements management, process modeling, and Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to execute product gap analysis based on gathered requirements.
