What you will do

• Develop platforms and central algorithms for pricing resources and optimizing balances across the treasury landscape.
• Design and build enhanced transfer pricing, P&L attribution, and margin replication engines.
• Enhance existing treasury frameworks to improve profitability and system scalability.
• Connect new quantitative outputs to existing technology infrastructure to support management decision-making.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to implement quantitative solutions.

Requirements

• Strong programming experience in Python, Java, and C++ for building trading or financing systems.
• Background in equity finance products, stock loan, repo, or margin management.
• Prior experience in Prime Brokerage, Treasury, or Securities Lending technology teams.
• Expertise in data modeling and strong SQL skills for handling large financial datasets.
• Proven track record of owning end-to-end delivery of complex systems from scoping to implementation.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Background working alongside financing trading desks.
• Familiarity with margin models.
• Experience with low latency systems.
• Experience with UI frameworks like React or Angular and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
