Focus on architecting scalable data layers, influencing commercial strategy through data-driven narratives, and integrating AI tools to optimize marketing performance and unit economics.

Location: Hybrid role based in London, UK. Must already possess the legal right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Design and execute experimentation frameworks, including geo-based and holdout incrementality testing.
  • Evolve Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) capabilities to provide actionable budget allocation recommendations.
  • Develop sophisticated statistical models for LTV prediction, churn scoring, and audience segmentation.
  • Architect and govern the marketing data layer using dbt and modern data stack best practices.
  • Translate complex technical findings into strategic narratives for senior leadership.
  • Partner with Finance to align marketing efficiency metrics and unit economics with company-wide planning.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a similar role within a high-growth SaaS or digital business.
  • Must already possess the legal right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
  • Deep expertise in both acquisition and retention analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Marketing Mix Models (MMM) and causal inference techniques.
  • Advanced proficiency in Python or R and SQL for production-quality statistical analysis.
  • Proven ability to mentor analysts and influence organizational-level data infrastructure decisions.
