What you will do

• Lead technical delivery for client projects using Java and modern development practices.
• Implement and advocate for best practices including TDD, SOLID principles, and XP.

• Manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure high-quality deployments.
• Share knowledge through effective documentation and team collaboration.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work inside IR35.
• Must be able to work on-site in Bradford 2 days per week.
• Proven commercial experience as a Lead or Senior Engineer.
• Expert understanding of Java and Javascript.
• Strong experience with agile methodologies and TDD.
• Ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship.
