What you will do

• Define and develop complex RF integrated circuits and verification test plans for IPs and SoCs.
• Conduct transistor-level feasibility analysis and define floorplans for RF circuit architecture.
• Create test benches and debug designs to meet rigorous technical specifications.
• Develop measurement automation software and platform firmware for analog/RF IP characterization.
• Ensure detailed transistor-level design for transceivers and RFIC blocks across wireless applications.
• Review system specifications to ensure compliance with industry codes and standards.

Requirements

• Master degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in validation of analog, mixed-signal, or RF building blocks.
• Proficiency in measurement automation software and platform firmware development.
• Strong understanding of electromagnetic and communication theory.
• Experience with RF test equipment and wireless circuit design.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience in 5G/6G cellular system measurements.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working in multi-site team environments.
