• Build a financial practice guiding clients toward financial clarity, service, and faith.
• Provide actionable advice and connect clients to hirify.global's insurance, banking, and investment programs.
• Develop and maintain genuine, long-term trust-based relationships within the community.
• Market your practice by leveraging your network and delivering financial workshops.
• Manage your own schedule to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
• Collaborate with internal specialists in business development, marketing, and technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Attainment of FINRA SIE, life and health licenses before contracting.
• Must pass a satisfactory background check, fingerprinting, and securities registration verification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a drive to help others achieve their financial goals.
• Self-disciplined and independent approach to business management.

Nice to have

• Experience in outside sales, business management, education, ministry, hospitality, or military.
