What you will do

• Lead day-to-day operations of coworking and membership spaces to ensure seamless functionality.
• Coach, schedule, and motivate the team to build a strong culture of ownership and service.
• Develop genuine relationships with members to drive loyalty and act as community ambassadors.
• Host tours and guide prospects toward appropriate membership solutions to drive revenue and occupancy.
• Support the co-creation of networking events and community moments with local teams.
• Track KPIs, manage costs, and continuously optimize the member experience.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of management experience in coworking, hospitality, or flexible workspaces.
• Strong background in customer-facing account management and member retention.
• Natural leadership ability with a hands-on, solutions-first mindset.
• Fluent Italian and English language skills.
• Must be based in Florence, Italy for onsite operations.
