What you will do

• Own TikTok UA for web funnels across core dating products, with a primary focus on USA and Tier-1 markets.
• Plan, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns with monthly spends in the $200k–$300k+ range.
• Build and maintain account/BM structures, including tracking setup, domains, and payment flows.
• Run a structured creative testing loop: hypotheses → iterations → learning → scaling.
• Drive automation improvements via rules, scripts, and 3rd-party tools to scale the channel reliably.

Requirements

• Hands-on TikTok UA background in web/B2C with proven experience in USA and Tier-1 markets (CIS-only experience is not a fit).
• Proven budget ownership at the $100k+/month level with strong performance thinking (CPA/ROAS/LTV).
• Strong grasp of Facebook best practices regarding structure, scaling, bidding, and measurement.
• Practical understanding of AI and creative iteration workflows.
• Readiness for a role that is approximately 70–80% execution and 20–30% channel leadership.
