What you will do

• Create and refine materials.
• Provide daily support for Art and Tech teams.
• Solve problems for key production issues and identify solutions for inefficiencies.
• Enable team members to achieve tasks efficiently.
• Develop tools & scripts for 3rd party software (Max, Photoshop) and in-house tools.
• Create & maintain documentation for Technical Art features and tools.

Requirements

• Experience in creating shaders.
• Knowledge of 3dsmax or Maya and Photoshop toolsets.
• Able to troubleshoot day-to-day art production issues.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally.
• Strong problem solving and trouble-shooting skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, work well with teams from various disciplines.

Nice to have

• English language skills.
• Console or mobile development experience.
• Understanding of 3D Math functions (linear algebra & vector maths) for real time graphics.
• Scripting experience, e.g. Python, MEL, Max Script.
• Experience with middleware such as SpeedTree, Simplygon, FaceFX, Allegorithmic Substance, etc.
