What you will do

• Define and uphold the visual language across game studio projects, including original IPs and external partnerships.
• Elevate the standard of visual quality by pushing for craft excellence and innovative ideas.
• Establish clear benchmarks, style guides, and design review processes to ensure consistent execution.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Publishing, and other teams on the production and promotion of games.
• Cultivate a strong Design team culture through feedback and coaching efforts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in communication design and art direction.
• Excellent taste and attention to detail in typography, layout, color, composition, and motion.
• Strong creative point of view with the ability to communicate visions clearly.
• Ability to balance creative leadership with high-level hands-on execution.
• Ability to maintain standards across multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
