What you will do

• Manage a team of 10 level artists, handling task prioritization, performance evaluations, and professional growth.
• Translate client needs into clear briefing materials for the internal art team.
• Provide artistic supervision throughout the production process in collaboration with the Art Director.
• Identify and implement best practices for level creation workflows and pipelines.
• Collaborate with R&D to integrate new industry technologies and trends to improve visual quality.
• Manage direct communication with clients regarding technical and artistic matters.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional level creation experience and 3 years of 3D art content creation.
• Experience shipping at least one AAA FPS or TPS game title.
• Expert-level knowledge of Unreal Engine 5.
• Proficiency in DCC tools such as Maya, Blender, Substance Painter, Substance Designer, Houdini, Photoshop, or Krita.
• Proven experience leading a team of 10+ level artists.
• English speaking ability is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience setting up PCG level workflows with Houdini.
• Knowledge of other game engines like Unity, Source, or CryEngine.
