What you will do

• Develop and support CI/CD pipelines across various teams and repositories.
• Operate and optimize tooling including Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, and SonarQube.
• Standardize templates and workflows to enhance developer experience and software quality.
• Integrate automated testing, security checks, and quality gates into delivery pipelines.
• Troubleshoot pipeline issues and collaborate with developers to improve build reliability.
• Support the migration and integration of tooling and repositories across the group.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
• Understanding of Git workflows, branching strategies, and pull requests.
• Experience with build/test automation for .NET, Delphi, or C++.
• Familiarity with static analysis tools like SonarQube.
• Basic knowledge of cloud concepts and infrastructure.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) organizations and boards.
• GitHub Enterprise administration experience.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerization.
• Interest in AWS and cloud platforms.
