Salary: $38,000 - $48,000 USD

What you will do
- Audit completed verification reports for identity matching, data consistency, and field completeness.
- Execute QA reviews on manual-source verifications (email, fax, phone) to ensure cadence and professionalism standards are met.
- Use internal validators to confirm required fields are populated and flag illogical data.
- Document QA outcomes precisely with evidence to enable rapid fixes and feedback loops.
- Collaborate with Outreach and Transcription leadership to resolve discrepancies and reduce repeat errors.
- Support SLA and KPI attainment by reviewing queued items and escalating time-sensitive risks.
Requirements
- Experience or interest in QA, operations auditing, or compliance within background screening, VOE/VOI lending, or HR operations.
- Working knowledge of verification workflows, manual outreach methods, and Report QA concepts.
- High attention to detail with structured note-taking and strong professional written communication.
- Analytical judgment to distinguish between soft and hard fails and recommend corrections.
- Exposure to Looker-based sampling or dashboards for audit selection and metrics tracking.
- Understanding of FCRA-adjacent practices and secure data handling expectations.
