What you will do

• Audit completed verification reports for identity matching, data consistency, and field completeness.
• Execute QA reviews on manual-source verifications (email, fax, phone) to ensure cadence and professionalism standards are met.
• Use internal validators to confirm required fields are populated and flag illogical data.
• Document QA outcomes precisely with evidence to enable rapid fixes and feedback loops.
• Collaborate with Outreach and Transcription leadership to resolve discrepancies and reduce repeat errors.
• Support SLA and KPI attainment by reviewing queued items and escalating time-sensitive risks.

Requirements

• Experience or interest in QA, operations auditing, or compliance within background screening, VOE/VOI lending, or HR operations.
• Working knowledge of verification workflows, manual outreach methods, and Report QA concepts.
• High attention to detail with structured note-taking and strong professional written communication.
• Analytical judgment to distinguish between soft and hard fails and recommend corrections.
• Exposure to Looker-based sampling or dashboards for audit selection and metrics tracking.
• Understanding of FCRA-adjacent practices and secure data handling expectations.
