What you will do

• Lead and grow a team of security engineers, investing in their technical craft and career progression.
• Own the strategy and roadmap for security engineering and drive its execution.
• Serve as a hands-on technical leader and SME for security decisions and pragmatic risk discussions.
• Scale security impact using automation and AI-motivated workflows.
• Translate secure-by-default principles into practical controls that reduce risk without impeding the business.
• Drive team accountability to operational excellence, owning incident response and eliminating toil.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading and growing a security engineering team with a track record of risk reduction at scale.
• Deep technical credibility in Zero Trust, Endpoint Security, Data Protection, MDM, and SaaS Security.
• Ability to engage substantively in technical design and architecture decisions.
• Familiarity with development and automation using Python, PowerShell, Terraform, or Go.
• Hands-on experience building with AI tools and securing AI technologies.
• Strong strategic planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
