What you will do

• Drive the roadmap and execution for Game Studio, Platform, and Publishing Analytics in alignment with company goals.
• Act as a strategic advisor to cross-functional leadership, translating ambiguous business problems into clear analytical opportunities.
• Manage a multi-disciplinary team of product analysts, business analysts, and analytics engineers.
• Partner with Data Science and Engineering to implement scalable analytics frameworks for holistic measurement and ROAS optimization.
• Oversee the design and delivery of key gaming and publishing dashboards for senior stakeholders.
• Champion best practices in experimentation, measurement, and performance analytics to foster a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data analytics, including at least 3 years focused on mobile games.
• Proven track record of using data analysis to directly influence game feature development.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to negotiate across all organizational levels.
• Strong project management and operational excellence skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Proficiency in data modeling, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Looker).
• Demonstrated ability to design and lead A/B tests and interpret results to optimize performance.
