What you will do
- Proactively contact newly onboarded merchants to encourage and support the activation of payment solutions.
- Guide clients through the steps required to start accepting payments via POS terminals and eCommerce solutions.
- Identify and document common obstacles preventing merchants from transacting.
- Provide feedback and insights to internal teams to improve the onboarding and activation experience.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve merchant issues and remove activation barriers.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and a service-minded approach.
- Proactive, positive, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong proficiency in both Icelandic and English.
- Must be based in Reykjavík for on-site work.
