What you will do

• Solve complex firmware and hardware issues for servers using in-depth knowledge of system architecture.
• Execute technical workarounds and solutions for IT hardware failures.
• Act as a subject matter expert and point of escalation for L1 and L2 technicians.
• Collaborate with vendors to manage warranty replacements (RMA) and requests.
• Develop and improve support processes, technical documentation, and training materials.

Requirements

• Deep practical experience in IT hardware troubleshooting and data center equipment.
• Proficiency with Unix/Linux operating systems and command-line interface.
• Experience in equipment monitoring and data analysis.
• High proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Authorization to work in Finland.

Nice to have

• Skills in component-level electronics repair (SMD).
• Knowledge of network equipment and troubleshooting.
• Valid driving license (Type B).
