What you will do

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with influencers and creator partners
• Ensure smooth communication throughout ongoing campaigns
• Increase creator retention and repeat collaborations
• Identify opportunities to improve creator experience and campaign satisfaction
• Coordinate with campaign managers and outreach teams
• Track relationship performance and partnership continuity
• Resolve issues proactively and maintain positive communication
• Help build scalable retention processes for the Influencer Marketing department

Requirements

• Experience in Influencer Marketing, Partnerships, Account Management, or Talent Management
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
• Ability to manage multiple creator relationships simultaneously
• Fluent English communication skills

• Experience working with international creators
• Familiarity with influencer platforms and campaign workflows
