What you will do

• Design and evolve robust ETL/ELT pipelines for analytics and AI
• Build and maintain high-quality Power BI models and curated datasets
• Define and enforce data quality, governance, and consistency standards
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to provide structured, feature-ready datasets
• Investigate production data for noise, inefficiencies, and optimizations
• Contribute to data observability and cross-functional workflows with Data, AI, DevOps, Testing, and Platform teams
• Maintain and improve data workflows in Azure and Microsoft Fabric

Requirements

• 3–5 years in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or similar
• Strong hands-on with Power BI and dimensional/data modeling
• Solid ETL/ELT architectures and modern data pipelines
• Experience with Microsoft Azure data services and cloud platforms
• Strong SQL and Python (or similar scripting)
• Production-grade datasets and operational environments
• Hands-on with Microsoft Fabric
• Exposure to AI/ML from data provisioning side

Nice to have

• Understanding of data quality, lineage, observability
• Familiarity with CI/CD for data workflows
• Azure or Power BI certifications
