What you will do

• Ensure stock availability and service targets for assigned vendor groups while balancing cost and inventory.
• Own short- and long-term demand forecasting, incorporating seasonality and promotions.
• Plan product supply based on forecasts, current stock levels, and KPIs like fill rates and safety stock.
• Manage DC inventory at the item level, including ABC mix quality and slow-mover analysis.
• Develop and maintain relationships with strategic vendors through regular performance and planning meetings.
• Optimize logistics schemes and lead supply chain projects to increase agility and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in retail, merchandising, supply chain planning, or FMCG environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and working knowledge of ERP systems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
