What you will do
- Own creative strategy for performance marketing, execution, and production of Hay Day assets.
- Scale, test, iterate concepts to drive growth on paid channels and develop data-driven approaches.
- Partner with marketing, game teams, and external partners to manage feedback loops and pipelines.
- Analyze creative performance, share learnings, and provide independent feedback and direction.
- Manage partner relationships, source new ones, oversee production from brief to implementation.
- Champion IP/brand principles and ensure alignment with business goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience as creative producer with portfolio in performance marketing, ASO, preferably gaming.
- 5+ years hands-on with performance-oriented creatives and full game development lifecycle.
- Knowledge of creative production, outsourcing, UA, ASO, CRM strategies, KPIs.
- Proficiency in creative/analytical tools, project management in fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, communication skills; collaborative with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for games, UA, creative trends; entrepreneurial mindset.
