Talent Acquisition Partner: Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and lead end-to-end talent acquisition processes with an accent on proactive sourcing, market insights, and stakeholder collaboration. Focus on sourcing hard-to-find talent in niche markets, aligning salary bands and job codes, and delivering efficient candidate experiences across EMEA and occasionally NAM.
Location: Galway, Ireland. Must be legally eligible to work in Ireland. Travel and international fieldwork may be required; valid passport needed.

What you will do
- Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, lead intake meetings, and tailor sourcing strategies.
- Proactively source, screen, and attract diverse candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and referrals.
- Support employer branding, recruitment marketing, and collaboration with TA coordinators and HR partners.
- Maintain requisition data, monitor KPIs, and liaise with Compensation, Mobility, and Immigration teams.
- Contribute to TA projects, process improvements, and provide support across EMEA with occasional NAM.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proactive, full-cycle talent acquisition in fast-paced tech/engineering environments.
- 3+ years corporate in-house recruiting + 2+ years agency experience; proven sourcing for mid-to-senior sales/technical/engineering roles.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or 7+ years relevant experience.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills for high-volume requisitions.
- Adaptability to international hiring practices and complex structures.
