Salary: £29,700 basic + £2,500 bonus

What you will do

• Visit customers to assess property suitability for heat pumps, solar PV, loft/cavity wall insulation, or complete Energy Performance Certificates.
• Perform detailed measurements and capture data points to execute heat loss calculations and produce technical quotes.
• Ensure all necessary information is gathered to inform the precise design and installation of low-carbon heating systems.
• Act as a company advocate, expertly explaining sustainable technology processes to customers.
• Maintain exceptional communication to ensure customers are motivated to upgrade their homes.
• Adapt to a fast-paced, tech-forward environment to deliver high-quality customer experiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience in face-to-face customer communication within domestic environments.
• Background in measuring and sizing equipment for home installations.
• Full clean driving licence (maximum 6 points).
• Strong IT and technical skills to work with a tech-forward company infrastructure.
• Ability to work specifically in Wrexham and surrounding areas.

Nice to have

• Qualification as a Domestic Energy Assessor or Retro Fit Assessor.
• Previous experience working within an MCS accredited organisation.
• Technical knowledge of heat pumps, solar PV, battery storage, and electrical equipment.
• Basic mechanical or electrical experience.
