What you will do

• Monitor customer process chain dashboards 24/7 to detect and analyze anomalies.
• Evaluate the potential business impact of incidents to prevent significant customer disruption.
• Coordinate with Application Managers and Technical Solution Managers to resolve issues.
• Update operational logbooks and collect detailed information regarding system changes.
• Organize and facilitate technical teleconferences and status meetings.

Requirements

• Secondary education.
• English or German language proficiency at B2 level.
• Willingness to work 24/7 in 12-hour shifts.
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to proactively troubleshoot incidents and cooperate within a team.
• Must be based in Slovakia to comply with taxation regulations for remote work.
