What you will do
- Lead onboarding, deployment, and optimization of for strategic enterprise customers.
- Design and validate scalable architectures for cloud, hybrid, and on-premise deployments.
- Guide integrations with SSO, SAML, OAuth, LDAP, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools.
- Ensure high reliability, security, and performance across distributed teams.
- Provide proactive technical guidance and resolve challenges with Product, Engineering, and Support teams.
- Capture customer feedback to influence product roadmap and develop deployment assets.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, DevOps Engineering, or similar customer-facing role
- Strong expertise in Linux, networking, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure
- Experience with scripting (Python, Go, Bash, Node.js) and DevOps/CI-CD tools (GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins, Terraform, Jira)
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and secure system design
- Fluent English (written and spoken) required
- Must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom and meet U.S. export control eligibility (EAR/ITAR)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have
- Experience in public sector, defense, or regulated industries
- Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, NIS2, or UK NCSC
- Experience with air-gapped or highly secure deployments
- Existing or eligibility for UK Security Clearance (SC), French defense clearance, or NATO Secret
- Experience with mobile device management (Intune, MobileIron, Workspace ONE)
- Experience in startup or high-growth SaaS environment
