TL;DR

Senior UX Designer (CRO/Growth): Create and optimize marketing landing pages, onboarding flows, and campaign experiments with an accent on data-driven design, visual hierarchy, and conversion optimization. Focus on designing A/B tests, managing design systems, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver measurable business impact.

Hybrid in Singapore. Visa sponsorship: not available in the EU; for Hong Kong requires 2+ years experience and related degree; for Singapore and UK only mid-career or above.

What you will do

  • Lead conversion-driven design for marketing pages, landing pages, and onboarding flows to boost engagement and conversion rates.
  • Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to validate UX improvements and hypotheses.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, engineering, analytics, and content teams to align designs with user needs and business goals.
  • Provide design guidance for partner websites and maintain deep user and competitor insights.
  • Produce high-quality mockups, flows, presentations, and evolve the design system for consistency.
  • Use AI tools for prototyping, personalization, and experiment validation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in conversion-focused UX/web design for marketing or e-commerce with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong skills in visual hierarchy, typography, color, composition, UX psychology, and growth experimentation.
  • Expertise in A/B testing, experiment design, UX optimization, and effective documentation (wireframes, mockups, prototypes).
  • Experience managing/contributing to design systems and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Portfolio showing impact on metrics like conversion, retention, or LTV.
  • Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Framer, or similar.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS or CMS like WordPress/Contentful.
