TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Brazil (Hybrid: 3 days per week on-site)
Salary: R$5,100 per month (including allowance)

What you will do
- Edit high-quality videos for social media platforms, including Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and long-form content.
- Develop dynamic cuts and compelling visual narratives based on audiovisual storytelling principles.
- Manage audio post-production, including soundtracks, sound effects, and audio corrections.
- Perform color grading and image adjustments to meet professional visual standards.
- Create basic motion graphics, including subtitles, transitions, and visual elements.
- Collaborate with social media, design, and performance marketing teams to align with communication strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a mid-level video editor with a strong portfolio.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Intermediate experience with After Effects.
- Based in Brazil.
- Strong understanding of narrative structure and digital content trends.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve.
- Previous experience working within an agency environment.
- Expertise in advanced motion design, video capture, or branding.
Culture & Benefits
- Monthly compensation of R$4,000 under a PJ (B2B) contract.
- Monthly food and transportation allowance of approximately R$1,100.
- Hybrid work model with three days per week working on-site.
- Commercial working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
