What you will do

• Coordinate facility requests and monitor agency portfolio for compliance with policies and guidelines.
• Create new agency customer IDs, control sheets, record covenants in CACM system, and open accounts per agreements.
• Verify conditions precedents, notify lenders/borrowers, and manage notifications for clause invocations and defaults.
• Handle drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, and ensure LIBOR/EBOR rates align with agreements.
• Distribute information covenants and default notifications promptly among lenders and borrowers.
• Prepare monthly reports on fees due within 30 days and adhere to all organizational policies.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in banking with understanding of legal documentation and trade finance.
• Risk management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
