Internship - IT Service Quality

TL;DR

IT Service Quality Intern: Support the Digital Workplace Enablement team by ensuring high standards of service quality across service desk, field support, and other functions with an accent on reviewing ticket quality, process improvements, and quality strategies. Focus on collaborating with leadership, implementing improvements, reporting metrics, and driving accountability through transparent scoring systems.

What you will do

• Manage the service quality program to ensure consistent high-quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with regional operational leadership and vendor contractors to drive organizational change.
• Review support tickets for quality assurance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Identify and implement process and quality improvement plans.
• Develop innovative strategies to maintain focus on service quality for end-users.
• Report program success and metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in service quality management, preferably in digital workplace or IT support.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to drive change and influence without direct authority.
• Experience with performance management and employee development.
