What you will do

• Define platform performance validation methodologies, KPIs, and targets.
• Execute validation plans, report results, and document findings.
• Analyze and optimize platform performance using benchmarks for specific scenarios.
• Debug platform-level issues to identify and resolve root causes.
• Develop post-silicon validation infrastructure including monitors and test environments.
• Set up data logging for performance collection and analysis.
• Publish reports and collaborate with teams to assess performance impacts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 0-1+ years in performance validation or related (no experience with Master's).
• Proficiency in platform performance analysis and optimization.
• Knowledge of validation methodologies, benchmarks, and debugging tools.
• Familiarity with data collection and analysis tools.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in relevant field.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with platform architecture.
