What you will do

• Shape and execute product vision and roadmap for Loyalty & Retention
• Design logic for bonuses, rebates, cashback, and VIP programs
• Manage backlog, write PRDs, set tasks for development, and oversee execution
• Conduct CustDev interviews with traders to identify motivators and barriers
• Collaborate with Data Science on churn models and personalized offers
• Analyze feature performance and drive iterative improvements

Requirements

• Proven experience as Product Manager, preferably in high-frequency products
• Strong understanding of metrics: Retention, LTV, Churn, DAU/MAU, ROI
• Track record launching loyalty programs, bonus engines, referral systems
• Proficiency in product analytics tools and data-driven decisions
• Experience with A/B tests and customer development research
• Understanding of user behavior and psychology, ideally traders or gamers
• Customer empathy for traders’ pain points and drivers
• Strategic thinking on long-term business impact
• Excellent communication to drive cross-functional teams
• Proactivity in identifying retention growth opportunities

Nice to have

• Experience in CFD/Forex brokers or Crypto exchanges
• Personal trading or investing experience
• Understanding of CRM marketing principles
