What you will do

• Develop and implement product growth strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and monetization
• Lead end-to-end product development from ideation to launch, fostering innovation with industry trends
• Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback/data to inform enhancements
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, compliance, and legal teams
• Establish KPIs, track performance, and implement optimizations
• Communicate product vision and progress to executives and stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience as Product Manager focusing on developing and scaling products
• Track record improving metrics like user engagement, monetization, and retention
• Proficiency in analytics tools for performance monitoring and decisions
• Expertise in product lifecycle management and launching features
• Ability to optimize core processes, integrate features, and enhance user experience
• Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and communication skills

Nice to have

• Knowledge of trading platforms (MetaTrader 4/5), financial instruments, retail trading
• Experience with crypto exchanges, trading products, or wallets
• Running and analyzing A/B tests
• Experience with KYC, identity verification, compliance
