What you will do

• Lead an engineering squad responsible for the end-to-end operation of frontend and backend systems across three brands.
• Drive growth engineering by developing new UI components and backend capabilities for A/B testing and revenue experiments.
• Architect and evolve a unified internal CMS based on Laravel and React, migrating legacy tools into this system.
• Oversee the consolidation of multiple blog platforms, standardizing content models and improving SEO and performance.
• Enhance customer-facing areas and dashboards (CLP) to improve usability and personalization.
• Lead the integration and optimization of multiple payment providers for secure, regionally optimized transaction flows.

Requirements

• Mastery of Next.js and React, including App Router, Server Components, and performance optimization for massive traffic.
• Strong professional experience with the PHP ecosystem, with a primary focus on Laravel.
• Ability to define technical tasks for DevOps and verify deployments, proxying, and firewalling.
• Experience managing and maintaining software applications in high-velocity environments.
• Must already possess the right to work in the EU; visa sponsorship is not available for EU locations.

Nice to have

• Experience with CakePHP or WordPress.
• Hands-on experience with open-source headless CMS platforms like Strapi.
• Deep knowledge of technical SEO and how headless architectures impact crawlability and sitemaps.
• Experience with AWS infrastructure.
