Senior/Staff Flutter Engineer (Password Manager)

Senior/Staff Flutter Engineer (Password Manager): Design and build secure, high-performance mobile/desktop experiences for password manager applications with an accent on credential management, vault UI, autofill flows, and cross-platform consistency. Location: Remote within Europe (EU time zones preferred). No visa sponsorship in the EU.

What you will do

• Design and build Flutter features for credential management, vault UI, autofill flows, and user settings
• Work within MVVM architecture using Provider for state management, auto_route for navigation, and get_it/injectable for dependency injection
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver features and enhancements
• Optimize performance, responsiveness, and reliability across iOS, Android, and desktop
• Write clean, maintainable code following OOP principles and contribute to code reviews
• Implement unit tests and follow test-driven development (TDD) for code quality

Requirements

• Located in Europe with ability to work in EU time zones
• Strong hands-on experience developing Flutter apps with Dart
• Proven experience shipping production mobile apps on iOS and/or Android
• Strong proficiency in at least one native platform (Android with Kotlin and/or iOS with Swift preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Flutter state management and OOP/Clean Code principles
• Experience with RESTful APIs, authentication flows, and secure data storage
• Familiarity with performance optimization and cross-platform debugging
