What you will do

• Design and ship end-to-end mobile features using Flutter and Dart to improve user experiences.
• Take ownership of core mobile domains, including UI/UX implementation, interaction design, and performance optimization.
• Contribute to full-stack feature delivery by working across mobile, backend, and web systems.
• Implement modern engineering practices such as API-first design, automated testing, and structured release workflows.
• Analyze user behavior through instrumentation to iterate on product features based on data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers in an agile environment to refine requirements and deliver incremental value.

Requirements

• Proven experience in mobile development with strong expertise in Flutter and Dart.
• Deep understanding of widget architecture, state management, and mobile performance optimization.
• Experience working in agile SaaS product environments with a focus on iterative delivery.
• Cross-stack mindset and willingness to contribute to backend or web development.
• Strong product thinking, focusing on user impact and end-to-end ownership.
• Must be based in Europe to align with the company's remote-first setup.

Nice to have

• Experience with modular Flutter architectures, dependency injection, and feature-based design.
• Familiarity with App Store and Google Play release processes.
• Knowledge of analytics (Mixpanel) and error monitoring tools (Sentry).
