What you will do

• Own the end-to-end ServiceNow architecture, setting standards and shaping the platform roadmap for a global enterprise.
• Lead implementation and governance across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, HRSD, and GenAI domains.
• Design cross-module solutions and drive CSDM adoption and enterprise data strategy.
• Architect complex integrations with SAP, HR, Finance, and Security systems using REST/SOAP and event-driven patterns.
• Provide architectural leadership within the SAFe framework, including PI Planning and runway definition.
• Advise senior stakeholders, lead Architecture Review Boards, and mentor other architects.

Requirements

• 15+ years in IT, with 7–10+ years specifically as a ServiceNow architect at enterprise scale.
• Deep expertise across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (HAM/SAM Pro), SecOps, HRSD, and GenAI.
• Mandatory experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Mandatory professional background in the UAE or GCC region.
• Strong experience with CMDB and CSDM across complex, multi-domain environments.
• Proficiency in leading architectural governance and release management within SAFe.

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• CIS certifications.
• SAFe Architect or Agilist certification.
