TL;DR

What you will do

  • Contribute to the architecture of high-load services and grow the C# / .NET Core codebase.
  • Build new product features, including the AI layer for voice, real-time video, and emotion recognition.
  • Design and operate async pipelines on RabbitMQ, ensuring delivery guarantees, idempotency, and error handling.
  • Optimize MS SQL schema and queries for high-load environments, focusing on indexes and execution plans.
  • Maintain high code quality through code reviews, testing, observability, and engineering standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of commercial C# / .NET development, including 2+ years on .NET Core in production.
  • Proven experience with distributed systems and high-load environments.
  • Hands-on experience with message brokers (RabbitMQ preferred) and MS SQL Server under load.
  • Fluent Russian language proficiency.
  • Availability to work within CET (±2) time zone.
