Site Reliability Engineer

TL;DR

Site Reliability Engineer: Monitoring infrastructure with tools like Grafana and Prometheus and performing preliminary investigation of alerts with an accent on Windows Server administration, networks, and troubleshooting. Focus on conducting triage of requests, escalating problems, and interacting with DevOps and Engineering teams.

What you will do

• Work 8-hour shifts monitoring infrastructure using multiple tools
• Perform preliminary investigation and basic triage of alerts and requests
• Communicate clearly and escalate problems
• Interact with DevOps and Engineering teams

Requirements

• 1+ years of relevant System/IT Administration experience
• Hands-on experience with system monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Graylog, Opsgenie)
• Good understanding of Windows Server 2022, 2019 administration principles
• Experience and knowledge of networks
• Troubleshooting skills

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of PowerShell, Ansible
• Experience with MetaTrader
• Experience in the trading domain
