What you will do

• Lead, inform, motivate, and align project teams to deliver individual and shared goals
• Handle production, coordination, triage, and release planning
• Work with multi-disciplined feature/content teams to drive output and healthy cultures
• Facilitate requirement gathering, dependency identification, and capacity planning with product, art, and leadership teams
• Maintain project status to ensure on-time delivery to players
• Iterate on team processes like retrospectives and sprint planning for studio improvement
• Contribute to the features team to enhance overall game team operations

Requirements

• Highly experienced in development teams
• Experience on a live title
• Excellent communication and people interaction skills
• Solid understanding of Agile and its practices
• Experience with JIRA
• Structured, well-organized, with ability to prioritize issues rapidly
• Demonstrated facilitation of cross-team discussions
