What you will do

• Architect complete vehicle-to-cloud network infrastructure for secure V2X and telematics in intermittent cellular environments.
• Design and maintain OTA update strategies for software and firmware across distributed vehicle ECUs.
• Automate deployments, configuration, and secret management using IaC across cloud and vehicle fleet.
• Establish secure encrypted communication channels between cloud and edge vehicle devices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering or equivalent
• Proven experience with distributed systems, IoT fleets, or edge computing infrastructure
• Strong debugging skills across full stack from vehicle ECUs to cloud
• Deep knowledge of secure network architecture, encrypted tunnels, CA management, and routing
• Experience automating infrastructure with Terraform, SaltStack, Ansible or similar
• Deep understanding of Linux/Unix in remote, resource-constrained environments

Nice to have

• Knowledge of wireless protocols (5G, LTE, Wi-Fi, 802.11r)
• Familiarity with routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, VRF, 802.1q)
• Experience with Mender for OTA or SaltStack for config management
• Understanding of GCP and bridging cloud with edge devices
