TL;DR

Content Manager (Cybersecurity): Translate content strategy into execution across website, LinkedIn, YouTube with an accent on humanisation, storytelling, and driving traffic from zero. Focus on producing end-to-end content including video scripts, SEO-informed materials, and launching in-house fiction series dramatising cyberattacks.

Location: Based in Paris or willing to relocate; on-site position with up to 2 days per month remote

Salary: €50,000 - €60,000 a year

What you will do

  • Translate hirify.global's content strategy into channel-specific plans for website, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.
  • Produce and adapt content end-to-end: blog posts, landing pages, social content, video scripts.
  • Drive website traffic via SEO content, webinars, landing pages, and client use cases.
  • Build voice for category leader and own product releases on company page.
  • Launch hirify.global Originals short-form fiction series: scripting, production, social distribution.
  • Set up AI-powered content workflows, coordinate agencies/freelancers, track performance with SEMrush/Google Analytics.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in content, digital marketing, or creative roles, ideally agency to startup
  • AI-native: daily use of AI tools for productivity
  • Multi-touchpoint fluency: website copy, social, video.
  • Video-first mindset with production/editing/direction skills.
  • Full professional proficiency in English and native in French
  • Based in Paris or willing to relocate
  • Data-aware: SEO basics, analytics, performance tracking.
  • Autonomous: own content calendar, manage partners, ship consistently.

Nice to have

  • Experience with offline/OOH campaigns or paid media.
