What you will do

• Enter and update data on equipment, user requests, and support cases in CRM systems.
• Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with standards; prepare reports and records.
• Track equipment status including delivery, maintenance, and repair; verify incoming equipment against documentation.
• Monitor processing times and service deadlines.
• Communicate with users to clarify data or correct mistakes; provide structured feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows.

Requirements

• Strong command of Ukrainian (written and verbal)
• English B1 or higher — read instructions, write basic messages, understand terminology.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets; CRM tools experience a plus.
• High attention to detail.
• Responsible, well-organized, friendly, and clear communicator.
