What you will do
- Maintain front-desk operations, including visitor reception and welcoming newcomers.
- Coordinate couriers, mail distribution, and international sending of parcels and documents.
- Process internal support requests through JIRA.
- Manage office stock and coordinate with external suppliers.
- Perform office facility checks and provide assistance to the Facility Administrator.
Requirements
- Higher education degree.
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) proficiency required.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office package.
- Solid organizational skills and a client-oriented attitude.
- Must be based in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in supporting daily office routines.
- Proficiency in additional software tools.
